Troopod pairs its TrooPerformance agent with a dedicated team of technical performance experts: the agent continuously tracks the impact of every website change and flags slowdowns the moment they happen, our engineers fix the underlying issues and coordinate the fixes that need a human in the loop.
Where things stand today
Troopod optimised the current theme within 4 days, taking the average Speed Index from 19.2s to 11.3s across templates. Further gains from here are gated by third-party app scripts, which sit outside the theme and outside our direct control unless we coordinate with the app vendors themselves (see Track 2).

Commercials
- The 15% band: Lighthouse scores fluctuate by device, network and time of day. A result within ±15% of the Speed Index target is treated as on-target.
- Change guidelines: a living guideline doc will be shared for your tech/dev agency and must be strictly followed on every future change, so gains aren't quietly eroded.
- Track 1 scope limit: score impact coming from third-party plugins/apps cannot be delivered under Track 1, it's out of scope there and covered only under Track 2.
- Track 2 dependency: plugin/app-side work needs direct intervention with vendors, which depends on introductions and cooperation from the Wellbeing team.
- Measurement tool: Speed Index is measured via Lighthouse 13.3.0, mobile preset, unless stated otherwise.
- Proposal validity: these commercials are valid for 15 days from the date of this proposal.
- Payment terms: the one-time fee is payable in advance of deploying the preliminary optimised theme; recurring maintenance fees are payable quarterly in advance.
- Taxes: applicable taxes, if any, will be charged additionally.
- Team dependency: this engagement needs prompt support, connects, and approvals from the Wellbeing team; a delay of more than 3 days on any of these will affect deliverables, and Troopod will not be held responsible for the resulting impact.
